I will be sending out tracked parcels via alternative couriers to avoid any potential delays with Canada Post.
The only exception to this is P.O. boxes
- if you have one, your parcel would still be sent via Canada post but please expect delays as there are service disruptions.
I have also made the tricky decision to pause shipping to the U.S. for the moment. I want to make sure there are no surprise fees for you, so this requires a bit more research and understanding. I’ll reopen U.S. shipping once I have a clear and reliable solution.
It's not what I want to be doing, but feels like the right decision for now.
